The past year has been Words + Pixels best yet: we introduced the Pixel Pathway, a bespoke career and personal development framework; it is a commitment to our team’s growth, providing them with clear, tailored paths to achieve their career goals while fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

We held our second and third annual retreats, from the Scottish Highlands to Paris, we took quality time together as a team. And we welcomed a ton of new Pixels, all of whom have brought their comms and PR expertise with them.  

But our success isn’t just about internal development—it’s about delivering outstanding results for our clients. Over the past year, we have executed a series of impactful client campaigns from launching startup brands into the media for the first time, to supporting scaleup businesses with fundraising and investment and building consumer trust and awareness with creative public activations. Our approach to PR is not just about making noise; it’s about crafting strategic narratives that resonate with our client’s audience.
